Introducing our fabulous team of Personal Trainers who are here to help you reach your goals. If you interested in more guidance or that extra push each trainer offers 1-2-1 training sessions for 30 minutes or 1 hour. We believe we can help you reach a Fitter, Healthier, Happier You!



My name is Richard. My passion for fitness stems from my own participation in sport, predominantly rugby to a regional standard, and county representation in cricket and hockey.

I graduated from the University of Worcester with a degree in Sports Therapy. During the course it was clear to me that I was passionate about fitness and sharing my enthusiasm for exercise and sport was important.

I’m very passionate about exercise and fitness. I am a very keen runner participating in various events from track competitions to ultra marathon. I like a challenge and push myself to achieve these goals.

MY PHILOSPHY: Pain is temporary, pride is forever! This is the motivational philosophy I constantly remind myself when I workout. The motivation and enthusiasm I have as an instructor will drive you to your goals, emphasising the practice what you preach philosophy I abide by.

I’m Trent Smith. Since childhood I have excelled in many sports and from the age of 11 pursued a very successful boxing career. In 2012 I was ranked no 2 in England and have won 6 Midland titles at different weights. In 2013 my greatest achievement was winning the Worcestershire Junior Sportsman of the Year. With my experience and knowledge of top level sport I can help you make a change.

MY PHILOSPHY: We all must find the right balance; muscular strength, physical endurance, nutrition, flexibility, rest and mental stimulation, will help achieve your goals.
