A high intensity indoor cycling workout using a special stationary exercise bicycle with a weighted flywheel designed to improve cardiovascular strength and endurance. You can ride for fun, tuning in or zoning out, losing weight and improving health, getting ready to race or just enjoying the camaraderie of a group ride.
