Introducing our fabulous team of Personal Trainers who are here to help you reach your goals. If you interested in more guidance or that extra push each trainer offers 1-2-1 training sessions for 30 minutes or 1 hour. We believe we can help you reach a Fitter, Healthier, Happier You!

Chris FreeburyDeputy Manager

He represented Great Britain at multiple European and World championships as well as England on multiple occasions including the 2010 and 2014 Commonwealth Games. 

Chris is a Loughborough University Sports Science graduate and also holds a Master’s degree in Applied Sport & Exercise Science. He specialises in Strength and Conditioning, Nutrition and is also an accredited Olympic Weightlifting coach and Sports Massage Therapist. 

He has experience delivering strength and conditioning and rehabilitation programmes as part of a multidisciplinary team to elite athletes in the sports of Athletics, Swimming, Canoe polo, Cycling, Golf, Archery, Rugby League, table tennis, Basketball, Olympic Weightlifting and Volleyball, including commonwealth and Paralympic medallists. Chris also has experience as an Associate lecturer at Derby University delivering as part of the sport and exercise science team and as a British Weightlifting and KBT Education course tutor.

David PreeceFitness Coach

I will coach you in all areas needed to get the results you want from lifestyle- Nutrition- Exercise- Planning your week to fit your needs and your goals.

As I got older my specialist sports I chose were football and cricket and I represented Herefordshire County in both Sports from ages 12-18. I have been in the fitness industry now for 5 years, starting out as an apprentice fitness instructor and working my way up to the grade of Personal Trainer. Throughout my experience of playing sports, training for sports performance and working within the fitness industry I have picked up a wide range of training methods and techniques of which I am able to bring to all new and existing clients.
