Synrgy is a 30-minute high intensity interval training workout that works out every muscle in the body. Our instructors work with groups of up to four people, so that you can achieve your goals comfortably and safely.
You will be guided every step of the way by one of our trained instructors, Simon, Chris, Gabbie, David or Sam and questions can be asked throughout.
BENEFITS OF SYNRGY HIIT SESSIONS
- Increases endurance levels
Synrgy HIIT is hard work but don’t let that put you off! In our Synrgy HIIT sessions, with regular attendance, you will improve your stamina levels which means over time you’ll be getting fitter and strong and able to push your self further.
- Burn body fat
When beginning an exercise, the body uses energy which is stored in the fat cells to fuel extra energy. This leads to other health benefits such as weight loss, stable glucose level and even the ability to improve certain skin conditions.
- Boosts metabolic rate
After a vigorous amount of exercise, your metabolic rate can increase even hours after you have finished a workout. This means the higher the rate, the more calories the body burns after a workout.

WHAT OUR MEMBERS SAY:
“There’s no denying it’s hard work but totally worth it. It was difficult starting off, but my body soon got used to it and now I’m really starting to feel the benefits. My instructor knows exactly what he’s doing and reminds me not to push myself too much, so I don’t hurt myself. The fact it’s only 30 minutes too really works around my schedule.”
